Creating eLearning Leaders

Creating eLearning Leaders Initiative (Cell) is a DE&T Information and Communication Technology partnership with Australian Children's Television Foundation, IBM, Intel, Microsoft and The Le@rning Federation. Horsham 298 Primary is one of 28 CeLL schools and clusters across Victoria that will provide professional development to schools and teachers about the Integration of ICT across the curriculum (2005 - 2007).
