• Reconnected all school computers to network and shared printers
• Repaired 17 computers of 80 computers
• Replaced 9 classroom computers under 3 year warranty
• Setup 7 additional computers for Support Groups
• Prepared old computers for sale

Computer Laboratory

• Switch lab computers on daily and Check for errors
• Our school replaced all lab computers with 16 new rental computer
• Installed print server and software on all computers
• Installed 14 new software programs
• Installed network CD Tower

Network

• Curriculum network server - installed
• 10 network hubs, 44 patch panels and 70 fly leads

VicOne

• Coordinated transfer to EduNet ISP
• Altered all computer to VicOne
• Updated all Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers
• Created school, class and staff e-mail and logons in SINA software
• Provided term reports from SINA
• Altered entire home page to work on VicOne
• Transferred entire 298 home page to VicOne
• Created support material about using VicOne
• Point of reference for WimmeraNet with VicOne

Book Mark Library Program

• Replaced Book Mark computer, installed Book Mark, backed up and coordinated upgrade to new Book Mark version
• Mapped drive on all computers to new Book Mark
• Maintained system in absence of Library Technician

• Updated Virus Scan on all computers
• Weekly e-mail provided to staff with information, ideas and tips
