At Horsham Primary School, our Performing Arts program offers students rich and engaging experiences in music, drama, and dance, helping them develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills. Through weekly lessons, students explore rhythm, movement, storytelling, character development, and performance techniques in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Students are encouraged to express themselves, work collaboratively, and take creative risks while learning to appreciate a variety of performing art forms and cultural traditions. The program builds coordination, listening skills, and stage presence, while fostering a love of the arts.
Our Performing Arts program also includes exciting opportunities for students to showcase their talents:
A Junior Concert is held every second year, celebrating the achievements of our younger students.
A Whole School Production is staged every second year, bringing our school community together in a shared celebration of creativity and performance.
