At Horsham Primary School, our Visual Arts program encourages creativity, self-expression, and exploration. Students are given opportunities to experiment with a wide range of materials, techniques, and styles, including drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, printmaking, and digital media.
Our program is designed to build skills progressively while allowing students to express their individuality and connect their art to personal experiences, cultural stories, and the world around them. Students also learn to observe, reflect on, and talk about art, developing confidence in both their creative and critical thinking skills.
Visual Arts is taught by experienced and passionate teachers who nurture each student’s imagination while fostering fine motor development, visual literacy, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
